About the Role:

We are looking for an International Partnerships & Project Manager who can lead the development of strategic partnerships while managing international projects from concept to completion. This is more than a project management role—you will help shape our global collaboration strategy, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure our partnerships deliver lasting value for everyone involved.

You will work closely with universities, educational institutions, government organizations, corporate partners, and internal teams, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle. Your ability to build trust, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and successfully manage complex projects will play a key role in our continued international growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, educational providers, corporate organizations, and international stakeholders.

Project Leadership: Manage multiple international partnership projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, budgets, and objectives are successfully achieved.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with partners, negotiate collaboration opportunities, and maintain regular communication throughout each project.

Business Development: Research new markets, identify partnership opportunities, and contribute to business growth strategies across international regions.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor project performance, prepare reports for leadership, evaluate outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnership management, international business development, project management, higher education, or a related field.

Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to develop long-term partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders across different organizations and cultures.

Project Management: Experience coordinating complex projects with competing priorities while delivering results on schedule.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting proposals, leading meetings, and negotiating partnership agreements.

Organization: Strong planning, problem-solving, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM systems or project management software is an advantage.

Mindset: You are proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused. You enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering successful outcomes in an international environment.

Pay: £42,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
