We are looking for a Director of Digital Media (SEO, Paid Media & Growth Strategy) who will take full ownership of our digital acquisition strategy. This is not just a management role—you will define how we approach growth across all digital channels.
You will lead a talented marketing team, shape performance strategy across SEO and paid media, and act as the key bridge between creative execution, analytics, and business leadership. You are the person who turns marketing activity into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Leadership:
Own and define the overall digital marketing and media strategy across SEO, PPC, social media, and performance campaigns.
Performance Marketing Oversight:
Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring strong ROI and scalable acquisition performance.
SEO Leadership:
Oversee technical SEO, content strategy, keyword planning, and organic growth initiatives to improve visibility and inbound traffic.
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor a growing digital marketing team, including specialists in SEO, paid media, and content.
Data & Analytics:
Monitor performance metrics, build reporting dashboards, and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Budget & ROI Management:
Manage multi-channel marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation based on performance outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present insights, strategy updates, and performance reports to senior leadership in a clear, data-driven way.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years in digital marketing, with strong exposure to performance marketing, SEO, and digital strategy leadership.
Leadership Background:
At least 2 years in a senior or leadership role managing marketing teams or cross-functional digital projects.
Proven Results:
Demonstrated success in scaling digital acquisition, improving ROI, and managing significant advertising budgets.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and paid media platforms.
Mindset:
You are commercially driven, data-oriented, and comfortable making strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment. You know how to balance creativity with performance.
Pay: £74,384.63-£98,729.56 per year
