£30,000 Salary | 35 Hours Per Week | 4-Day Working Week | Performance Bonus | Card Tronc & Cash Tips

At La Finca Eivissa, we believe that the best chefs produce the best food when they have a healthy work-life balance.

That's why this is a genuine 35-hour full-time contract spread across just four days a week, giving you three days off every week to enjoy life outside the kitchen, recharge and come back inspired.

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious, reliable and passionate Head Chef to lead our independent Ibiza-inspired tapas restaurant in Liverpool city centre.

This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step and run their own kitchen with complete creative freedom.

We're not looking for someone to simply maintain a menu, we're looking for someone who wants to put their own stamp on an already established restaurant.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
Someone with exceptional reliability, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
A chef who takes real pride in punctuality, consistency and leading by example.
Extremely high standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Flexible and committed to the needs of the business, including weekends.
Passionate about creating incredible food and developing a motivated kitchen team.
Someone who's hungry to grow their career and build a long-term future, not just find another job.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking full responsibility for running the kitchen.
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team.
Creating exciting new menus every six months.
Designing weekly specials with complete creative freedom.
Managing ordering, stock control and food GP.
Delivering consistently high-quality food.
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and organisation.
Working alongside the owners to help shape the future of the business.
