About the role

Join Our Audiology Team as an Administrator & Customer Support Assistant!

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Audiology Team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on training to become an Audiology Customer Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional support.
Handle clerical tasks, including managing databases, booking, and rescheduling appointments.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Conduct basic hearing screenings for optical customers.
Identify individuals who may benefit from a full audiology evaluation.
Work with optometrists and staff to integrate audiology services into patient care.
Offer clear guidance on hearing aid care, including cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting common issues. (No prior experience needed—we’ll provide comprehensive training!)

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Confidence in using computer systems and searching databases.
A good standard of written English and Mathematics.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
