Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Laser Hair Removal Therapist to join our reputable skincare clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aesthetic treatments and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, specialising in advanced laser hair removal procedures. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and personalised treatments to our valued clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience.

Duties

Conduct laser hair removal treatments in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Assess clients’ skin types and hair removal needs to recommend suitable treatment plans
Prepare treatment areas and operate laser equipment with precision and care
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the treatment area
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally
Assist with skincare consultations and product recommendations when appropriate
Stay informed about the latest advancements in laser technology and aesthetic treatments

Experience

Previous experience as a laser hair removal therapist or in a similar aesthetic role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of makeup application is considered a plus, contributing to overall client satisfaction
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build rapport with clients
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and independently as required
A professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and safety
