About the Role

STIC Marketing Ltd operates within the marketing services, brand support, campaign coordination, client communication, and digital promotion sector. We are seeking a Marketing Support Coordinator to assist with daily marketing activities, support campaign workflows, and help maintain organised client service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily marketing activities, campaign coordination, and administrative tasks
Assist with content schedules, client updates, reports, and marketing documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and service partners
Help monitor campaign timelines, task progress, and service updates
Prepare basic reports, meeting notes, and marketing support materials
Assist with social media coordination, email support, and promotional activities
Follow company procedures, timelines, and brand service standards

What We Are Looking For

Experience

No extensive experience required
Previous experience in marketing, administration, customer service, content support, or office coordination is an advantage
Fresh graduates or early-career applicants are encouraged to apply

Skills

Good organisation and attention to detail
Clear communication and teamwork
Basic computer and documentation skills
Interest in marketing, branding, and digital campaigns
Ability to follow instructions and manage tasks accurately
Willingness to learn marketing support and campaign coordination processes

Education

GCSEs, A-levels, college certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification is required
Background in marketing, business administration, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not required

Pay: £24,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
