Eclipse Consulting is expanding our Liverpool City Centre team and is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, and customer relations.
Please note: This is not a desk-based office role, not door-to-door sales, and not a commission-only position. This is a face-to-face customer engagement role, representing well-known brands through professional promotional events and campaigns. You'll receive a guaranteed base pay, with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through performance-based bonuses.
The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll work at a variety of pre-arranged event locations and promotional campaigns, engaging directly with customers, promoting products and services, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing nationally recognised brands at promotional events.
- Speaking with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrating products and services.
- Answering customer questions and providing tailored recommendations.
- Building strong customer relationships.
- Working towards individual and team objectives.
- Developing valuable skills in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership.

Full Training Provided
No previous sales experience is required.

Interview Process
Successful applicants will first be invited to a 20–30 minute Zoom interview with a member of our management team.
This is an informal conversation where we'll learn more about you, discuss your career goals, explain the role in greater detail, and answer any questions you may have.
Candidates who are successful at this stage will then be invited to attend a second, in-person meeting at our Liverpool City Centre office.
