The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive SEO Lead with strong B2B experience who’s energised by the rapid evolution of emerging technologies in search. You’ll own our organic growth engine while championing AI-driven workflows that make us faster, sharper, and more creative.
This role is focused on driving measurable growth in visibility, traffic, and pipeline through a combination of technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analysis. You’ll take ownership of SEO direction across multiple accounts, working closely with internal client teams as well as adding value at client meetings.

Please note all of our roles are based 5 days per week at our Chester City Centre offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead SEO strategy across global B2B clients
- Develop and implement SEO roadmaps aligned to commercial objectives
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
- Lead on both technical and on-page SEO improvements (site structure, metadata, internal linking, performance)
- Perform technical audits including indexing, and site performance
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded
- Analyse and report on performance, providing clear insights and commercially focused recommendations
- Act as a key client contact for SEO, confidently presenting strategy and results
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and embrace industry trends
- Support junior team members where required
Desired Experience
- Strong background in B2B environments, ideally within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical sectors
- Proven experience leading SEO strategy (agency experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of technical SEO and website architecture
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data
- Experience working with CMS platforms and collaborating with developers
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and delivering to a global client base
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
