Full job description

This is an in-person, on site role at our Aintree location in Liverpool so please make sure this is within your commute distance.

Job Purpose: To increase sales by developing our social media content and engagement with customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive person, able to work to tight deadlines with excellent prioritisation skills.

The right candidate will keep multiple social media channels updated whilst remaining brand focused and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences and increasing company turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

To plan and manage the social media content for a dynamic interior and furniture retailer.
Use Instagram, TikTok and Facebook platforms effectively to create content that promotes audience interaction, improves engagement rates and drives traffic to the Company Website.
Responsible for shooting and editing high-quality and engaging user-generated content.
To target new and exciting audiences and have a good understanding of customer segmentation and behaviour online.
Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
Keep abreast of social media trends and propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
Work collaboratively and cohesively with in-house teams to ensure that targets are met.
To create a unique and appealing tone of voice for Taskers social platforms.

Skills and Experience Required:

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ social media experience.
Proven experience of creating reels, videos and still images.
Design experience or skills on Adobe / Corel / Photoshop.
Able to work collaboratively in a reactive and fast paced environment.
A passion for Interiors and home design.
Have a strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
A team player, capable of independent thinking and able to work alone but naturally collaborative in spirit.
