The Role
As a Telesales Agent, your main responsibility will be contacting potential clients and offering them a free review of their existing Private Medical Insurance policy.
You won't be responsible for selling insurance products yourself. Instead, your focus will be on generating qualified opportunities and booking appointments for our experienced Broker Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by telephone.
- Introduce our free Private Medical Insurance review service.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Brokers.
- Maintain accurate records and notes.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
