Role: Trainee Project Admin

Contract: Temp to Perm (Decision to be made after 3 months)

Rate of pay: £12.75 to £13.50 Per hour

Hours per week: 18 hours (Part time)

Job location: Hybrid, with visits to site on occasions

We are Fylon Ltd, a start-up managing and delivering telecommunications build projects across the UK. Having hit our first year as of recently, we have come to a conclusion that growth is inevitable, and therefore will need individuals with a good attitude, willingness to learn and grow to be part of our journey of growth.

Job description:

We are currently looking for a Trainee looking to learn and enter the Project Admin space. For now this will be primarily for telecommunications projects, but may evolve into other industries down the line.

As it stands, we're looking for the trainee to be able to cover the following responsibilities gradually:

- Checking engineer reports

- Checking and uploading evidences

- Checking missing information

- Updating trackers

- Sending in Daily reports to the clients

- Creating whereabouts for the following week

- Organising documentation

Who we're looking for?

We're looking for an individual to be part of our long-term growth, starting in the UK and then potentially internationally (as we are also operating in Greece). We're not looking for the most experienced people, but rather those who have a great attitude towards growth, and willing to show this through their work ethic. The below points would be a good guidance on whether this is for you:

- Good communication skills

- Good understanding of platforms such as Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
