Full job description

RELM Group Ltd is an established, respected construction company based in North Wales. We specialise in planned and reactive maintenance, retrofit works and fire safety compliance, serving local authorities and housing associations.

The Role:

We are looking for a Joiner (qualified or time-served) to join our FRA team (fire remedial works).

You will be supporting our FRA team, and your daily tasks are as follows:

Installing Internal/external fire door sets
Installing Overhead door closers
Compartmentation/Boxing
Installing Intumescent strips
Installing fire rated letter boxes
Installing drop down thresholds
Plaster patching/skimming

This is not an exhaustive list, you may have to carry out additional tasks depending on the needs of the company.

A DBS Check may be required due to the nature of the work.

Requirements:

Valid UK driver's license (required)
CSCS Card (preferred)
Training in Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height and COSHH Awareness is preferred, but if you do not have this, training will be provided
