The Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Unit Logistics Manager to lead and manage Activities in our central production hub. This is a key role within our production unit, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene are consistently maintained across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of kitchen porters
Ensure the production kitchen is maintained to a 5-star standard at all times
Oversee all wash-up operations, ensuring efficiency and hygiene compliance
Manage cleaning processes for all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service items
Ensure all event equipment is returned, cleaned, and stored correctly after weddings and events
Oversee cleaning of catering vans (internal areas) following event use
Maintain cleanliness across all food prep and service areas
Ensure adherence to health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Support the wider kitchen and events teams where required
Deliver buffets to customer as and when required.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a kitchen porter or logistics role (senior or supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and organise a team
High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
A proactive, can-do attitude
