Showroom Manager

Are you a driven leader with a passion for sales, design, and customer service? We’re looking for a commercially focused Showroom Manager to lead our Kitchen & Bathroom showroom, driving performance, developing a small team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of showroom sales and margin targets.
- Generate and convert retail and trade enquiries into orders.
- Provide expert kitchen and bathroom designs (training provided).
- Prepare accurate quotations using Easyquote.
- Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Ensure all opportunities are followed up and maximised.
- Process and manage orders accurately through to delivery.
- Maintain high showroom standards and a professional environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in kitchen and/or bathroom design within a showroom.
- Strong sales ability with a commercial, target-driven mindset.
- Previous leadership experience (desirable).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and IT literacy.
- Proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach.

Hours of Work:
An average of 40.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm.
Salary: Depending on experience
