Full job description

Pâtisserie Verte is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join its team. If you have the drive and passion to be part of our great team, please refer to the job description below.

Essential characteristics and skills:

1 year's experience of working in kitchens
Accurately and efficiently following instructions
Conscientious work ethic
Great self-motivation
Reading and writing English
Ability to work methodically and efficiently
Great team player
Reliable and punctual team member
Passionate about patisserie
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times
Physically fit, able to lift a minimum of 25kg and stand for long periods

Preferred but non-essential skills:

Experience at following recipes and instructions at a quick pace
Knowledge about baking and/or manufacturing
Skilled in using a range of kitchen equipment
Experience of working with Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
Be ready to take on challenges at the heart of a growing, small business
Enthusiasm in assisting with the development of new products
