What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly to tables.
- Offer recommendations on menu items and upsell specials.
- Address any guest concerns or special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed.
- Keep dining areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks.
- Strong upselling abilities to boost sales.
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
