Full job description

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work in our 4 star hotel and 2 Rosette Stirling Brasserie in stunning Pembrokeshire.

The successful candidate will be working in a team with 7 other talented chefs and will be required to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard.

Wolfscastle Country Hotel is currently celebrating 50 years of excellent cuisine, service and hospitality. We major on having a friendly, homely atmosphere where we care for both customers and employees.

If the successful candidate is not local then accommodation can be supported.

What we are looking for:

As the Chef de Partie you will require genuine passion for the hospitality industry and for producing high quality, mouthwatering dishes.
Ability to work well under pressure as well as work part of a team.
Attention to detail in all aspects of the job
Ability to follow instructions and respect other team members.
