Paint Sprayer CARDIFF
On-Site Paint Sprayer — Location Cardiff based, UK-wide work
From £15/hr + overnight allowance | Van + fuel card | 29 years in the industry
Vanda Coatings has been delivering factory-quality spray finishes on commercial buildings across the UK since 1997. We work on shopfronts, aluminium cladding, window frames, roller shutters, lift doors, suspended ceilings — the kind of work that needs skill, not just a brush and a tin.
We need an experienced sprayer based around Cardiff to pair up with a prepper and form a new two-man team covering nationwide projects.
The role:
You'll be out Mon–Fri on commercial sites (retail, construction, refurb), some local, others may need you to travel. All hotels, travel and expenses are covered. You'll run a company van, manage your prep operative, and deliver the quality our clients expect.
You'll need:
Proven paint spraying experience in one of these techniques: HVLP, airless or electrostatic (essential)
Good masking and surface prep knowledge
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
Happy to work away during the week
CSCS, IPAF or PASMA is a plus - we'll fund anything you don't have
