Family First Professionals is expanding, and we're looking for confident, enthusiastic people to join our growing fundraising team.
Whether you're starting your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. Previous sales or fundraising experience is welcome but not essential.
As part of our team, you'll represent some of the UK's and the world's leading charities, speaking with members of the public and helping raise support for life-changing causes that benefit people, animals, and the environment.

Our office is located in the heart of Cardiff City Centre, just a short walk from Cardiff Castle. You'll work at a variety of exciting locations including shopping centres, train stations, airports, festivals, events, and residential communities across South Wales.
No two days are ever the same.
Your Role
- Represent leading charity partners professionally.
- Engage with members of the public through face-to-face conversations.
- Explain the impact of the charities and answer any questions.
- Inspire people to support worthwhile causes.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Take part in regular training and personal development.
What We're Looking For
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Friendly, confident and positive personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
