Job Summary
We are seeking a highly adaptable and highly skilled Hands on Working Foreperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidaten will be responsible for leading the team from the front, managing day-to-day site operations, while remaining fully hands-on with our tools ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Duties
- Work on the tools as required, to ensure each projects progress with a high quality finish.
- Manage, supervise and work directly with employed staff and subcontractors on site.
- Interpret drawings, ensure work meets building regulations and drive the site program to hit deadlines.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and project standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the job process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a supervisory or foreperson role within Construction.
- Solid time-served trade background (e.g. carpentry, bricklaying, plastering or multi-trade).
- Experience operating power tools safely in a construction environment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Full UK driving license (essential for travelling to various sites within the Cardiff area).
