Post Office Counter Supervisor
Location: Llandrindod Wells, Powys

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Post Office Counter Supervisor to join our expanding management team. We pride ourselves on providing a stable, supportive working environment with low staff turnover and excellent opportunities for development within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Post Office counter, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times.
Manage cash handling and currency ordering processes.
Organise and complete monthly balancing procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
Support and work closely with the wider management team.
Assist with the operation of our Post Office Mobile Service within the local area.
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
Conscientious, reliable and flexible, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Full UK driving licence preferred, as we operate a Post Office Mobile Service within the local area.
Job Details
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Starting rate of pay: £13.00 per hour
