Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking ten dedicated and detail-oriented New Build Cleaners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring newly constructed commercial and residential properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality property presentation and maintain our reputation for exceptional service. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a keen eye for cleanliness and organisation.

Duties

Clean and sanitise all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures within new build properties
Remove debris, dust, and construction residues from the premises
Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards before handover to clients or tenants
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or maintenance needs
Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to new build environments is advantageous
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Organised, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules
A green labourer CSCS card is desirable but not essential

Pay: £13.00 per hour
