The Deck Arcade is looking for a duty manager.
We are looking for a new duty manager to run the deck arcade situated at the end of the pier. This historic building is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to give it a new lease of life. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the right person to be part of Llandudno's most iconic landmark. You'll work along side the current managers to help the deck arcade realise it's full potential.
Duties include: Handling cash and your own float, being responsible for the building and day to day running, organizing staff, serving customers, keeping your workplace clean and tidy, fixing minor machine faults, managing stock and working with your manager to maintain our high standards and reporting any problems.
Applicants must,
Be able to work on their own and as part of a team.
Have good numeracy skills
Have good communication skills
Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Be flexible with working hours
Preferred, but not essential
Experience within the amusement industry
Have some supervisory or staff management experience
This is a customer facing role and will include 12+ hour shifts at times.
