Job Overview
We are seeking either a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental team and ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.

Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Provide chairside support to patients..
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the management of appointments and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and practice policies.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow within the practice.
Reception duties and to utilise IT systems for record keeping and scheduling appointments as required.

Qualifications

For Qualified Dental Nurse it is essential to have a relevant certification or diploma and GDC registration.
For Trainee Dental Nurses it is essential to have English and Maths at grade C or above
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Prior experience in patient care within a dental setting is preferred but not essential.
A caring attitude towards patients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.

Pay dependent on experience.
