An exciting opportunity to join our 4 star hotel reception/reservations team.
The successful candidate should have proven past experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service; administrative; IT and numerical skills.
Previous experience using a front office computer system; preferably Guestline is an advantage; however full training will be given.
Full or part time permanent position working up to 5 days a week which will include a combination of weekdays and weekends. The role will require working early shifts from 7am; late shifts up to 10.30pm and some middle shifts such as 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.
Starting rate of pay will be between £12.71 and £12.95 an hour depending on experience and in addition you will receive staff gratuities with your pay which are calculated on the number of hours you work. Therefore when we are busy if you are working + 30 hours a week this will give you approximately £90.00 every four weeks.
