We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Receptionist and Housekeeping staff and Waiter/Waitress live in/live out available to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service at the front desk while ensuring the hotel maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests, managing reservations and inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, reception area, and public restrooms.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and common areas.
- Assist with light maintenance and restocking of laundry supplies as needed.
- Serve customers during breakfast in fast paced environment.
