We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing Private Client team at Swayne Johnson Solicitors.
This role is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to gain practical legal experience within a supportive and well established law firm. From day one, you will work closely with experienced solicitors, develop your legal knowledge, and gain valuable exposure to client-facing work.
We are committed to nurturing talent and creating opportunities for progression. For the right candidates, this role has the potential to develop into a future Training Contract or other solicitor qualification pathway.

About the Role
You will support our Private Client team in a wide variety of matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust administration
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Opening and managing client files
- Communicating with clients, financial institutions and third parties
- General legal and administrative support
This role provides an excellent foundation for anyone considering qualification as a solicitor in the future.

- Strong communicators with excellent written and verbal skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Law degree (LLB), LLM, LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous legal work experience is beneficial but not essential
