Description
Lolfa is a brunch cafe located on the outskirts of Llandeilo . We require a Head Chef who is organised, driven and creative to prepare and deliver food of the highest quality. Kitchen hours are 9-3 everyday.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the kitchen operation and work alongside the general manager in the running of the business.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and produced to the highest standard.
- Develop monthly and seasonal specials.
- Manage food production to ensure waste is kept to a minimum.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers.
- Development of menu.
- To work professionally, effectively and respectfully as part of a team.
- Inspire and lead.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
