This role is primarily office-based and includes: managing the office diary; taking
and booking lettings enquiries; administering the tenancy application, referencing
and start process; liaising with and updating Applicants and Tenants; supporting
the maintenance team including taking enquiries as necessary.
This a busy an varied role and requires someone with a strong background in
administration and customer service. Basic IT skills are essential and the successful
applicant will be fully conversant with Microsoft Outlook and Word plus general
computer skills.
The successful applicant will be outgoing, confident and have an eye for detail,
taking pride in accuracy, which is essential when dealing with legal documents on a
daily basis.
Being the point of contact for our clients within Property Management, with the
ability to extract information over the telephone and then deal with the enquiry
efficiently.
- Liaising with tenants
- Taking and handling telephone calls/emails and enquiries professionally,
redirecting to the appropriate persons
- Taking pictures or properties and videos tours
- Listing properties
- Taking tenants property enquires and booking in viewings
- Maintaining and updating Lettings database
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Working closely with the Lettings Manager, Company Director and team
members
- Various and general administrative tasks and support
- Offering an efficient, proactive and high level of customer service to all
clients
Experience / Qualifications
Previous experience in property management is ideal, or, candidates with a strong
customer service and/or administrative background will definitely be considered.
- First class communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Demonstrate a stable working background
- The successful candidate will be a competent and thorough administrator.
- Computer knowledge essential.

Working Week Monday-Friday – 10am – 5pm
