About The Role

We are recruiting for a Care Team Leader at our residential service based in Carmarthenshire, Wales West.

Location: Carmarthenshire

Job type: Full time: 39 hours per week

We do not offer sponsorship

Whilst fully embracing the company ethos the Team Leader will support the service manager by leading the day to day management of a shift.
- You will work in a pro-active, responsive, effective and person centred way to ensure that the lives of the people you and the team are supporting are enriched, to be the best they are able.
About you

Do you have previous experience working in care, leading a team and want to further your development within a Team Leader role?

This is an opportunity for a pro-active Team Leader to join an evolving Care Company. You will need to have previous experience of working within a care role and experience of leading a team.
