We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Nursery Practitioner Apprentice to join our welcoming nursery team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Early Years qualification. You'll receive full support and training from experienced practitioners as you develop the skills needed for a successful career in childcare.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the daily care, learning, and development of children aged 0– 12 years.
- Assisting in planning and delivering fun, engaging, and educational activities.
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Supporting meal and snack times, personal care, and daily routines.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential, depending on apprenticeship provider requirements.
- No previous childcare experience is necessary—we'll provide the training and support you need.
