Full job description

We are seeking an experienced, hands on and commercially minded Hotel Revenue and Front of House Team Leader to focus on the operational performance and revenue optimisation of the hotel.

This is a key role for improving structure, implementing consistent procedures, strengthening financial controls, and driving revenue performance across all channels, including direct bookings and OTAs.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure the hotel operates efficiently, profitably, and to consistently high standards

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Standards

· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Ensure consistent service standards and guest experience

· Carry out regular operational and quality audits

· Strengthen front office controls (cash handling, billing, refunds, discounts)

· Improve accountability and operational discipline across teams

Revenue & Commercial

· Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall performance

· Manage OTA channels (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)

· Ensure rate parity and correct channel distribution

· Identify demand trends and adjust pricing strategy accordingly

· Reduce dependency on high-commission channels where possible

· Support direct booking growth strategies

Systems & Controls

· Ensure accurate use of PMS and channel manager systems

· Improve reporting accuracy across revenue and operations

· Identify and reduce revenue leakage (errors, discounts, discrepancies)

· Maintain compliance with financial and operational procedures

What we are looking for

· Proven hotel operations experience

· Strong understanding of OTA platforms and channel management

· Revenue management experience

· Ability to implement structure and enforce standards

· Strong financial awareness (cash control, billing, reporting)

· Practical and hands-on

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
