Full job description

Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Crosshands, Carmarthenshire
Company: Guardwatch Security UK Limited
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Working Hours: 05:30 – 17:30 17:30 to 05:30 Day and Night needed
Contract Type: Full-Time

Guardwatch Security UK Limited is a long-established Security Industry Approved Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering professional and reliable security services.

An excellent opportunity has become available for a professional and dependable Security Officer to join our team in Crosshands, Carmarthenshire.

Important – Please Read Before Applying

You must hold a valid, in-date SIA licence. Applications without this will be rejected.
Please check the travelling distance to Crosshands before applying.
You must have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history.

Licence Requirement

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and contractors
Control access and prevent unauthorised entry in a professional and courteous manner
Escort individuals from site where necessary
Provide support during emergencies or evacuations
Monitor and record temperature readings of storage trailers on site
Complete required documentation and reports accurately

Candidate Requirements

Computer literate
Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
Professional manner and strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
