Celtic Auto Group is the Mitsubishi, KGM (formerly SsangYong) and Subaru Main Dealer. We are a multi award winning family dealer which puts our customers and team at the heart of everything we do.
We believe that a good work/life balance is important and so we have introduced a 4 day week option which we believe is one of the best technician packages around.
If you don't want a better work/life balance and would prefer to work a standard week, that's OK too. We still want to hear from you.
A main dealership.. Four days a week.. AND a great financial package!! Where's the catch? There is no catch. All we ask is that you are a team player , have a "can do" attitude and want to do your best for us and our customers all with a smile on your face.
We like to be transparent so the financial package is clear below.
Level 3 Qualified Technician.
4 DAYS A WEEK - 39 hours per week and working 1 Saturday in 5
Basic : £35490
Work 40 hours per week and earn an additional £910
On target bonus : £4,200
On target earnings: £40600
- If you would like to even enhance this excellent package further, fixed at start you could opt for more Saturday mornings which will increase your basic by £1,365 raising your OTE to £42000.
Week day hours: 7:45am - 5:45pm - FOUR DAYS A WEEK ONLY
Saturday hours: 8:00am - 13.00pm - ONLY ONE IN FIVE
4 Day Long Weekend (Friday to Monday) - EVERY 5 WEEKS
Any Additional Saturdays paid at TIME AND A HALF (Choice is Yours)

We offer a clear technician pathway offering regular training and support so we will be with you every step of the way.
Ideally you will be a very competent, experienced diagnostic technician or above. If you are an MOT tester then that's a bonus. If you are not an MOT tester we will put you through the training if you want to. You will be responsible for servicing, preparation, and repairing vehicles, performing maintenance and safety checks, and providing great customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing company and gain valuable experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities are standard main dealership technician jobs but to name a few:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes, timing belt replacements, tyre changes, and brake repairs.
- Test drive vehicles to diagnose and identify mechanical issues.
- Keep records of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Inspect vehicles for safety issues.
- Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repairs.
