Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Property Caretaker to oversee the maintenance and general upkeep of one of our properties.. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
- Supervise contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Oversee general cleaning, landscaping, and minor construction projects as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants or clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Requirements
- Strong background in property maintenance .
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Customer service skills to handle tenant or client interactions courteously and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of work quality. This role is suitable for a motivated individual.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
