The Line Chef Role:
· Assisting in the Day-to-day running of one our busiest kitchens at our Y Stablau site.
· Ensuring kitchen is operated in a smooth and professional manner
· Supporting and communicate regularly and effectively with the Head Chef
· Assisting in ensuring all stock levels are managed and accounted for in an efficient manner while keeping wastage to a minimal level
Food Quality, Presentation and Hygiene:
· To be responsible for preparing and presenting quality food and all final products leaving the kitchen are to the Company standard
· To report any issues with food quality and freshness from suppliers or the central kitchen to the Catering Manager/Head Chef
· To follow the Company’s stock rotation procedures to ensure the products are identifiable and used in the correct order
· To actively support Head / Senior Chef in implementing any menu changes following the Company procedures

Requirements for the role:
· Previous experience in a busy cook to order venue
· Sound knowledge of Food Safety, allergens and HACCP .
· Calm outlook and able to work under pressure
· Strong communication skills
· Flexible with tasks and working hours
