Financial Planner
Magenta Financial Planning are an award-winning Financial Planning firm based in Bridgend, South Wales.
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planner.
Full Time | Hybrid | South Wales / South West (location flexible to some extent)
£45,000–£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits (subject to qualifications/experience and some flexibility should adviser have a client bank)

We're looking for an experienced Financial Planner who shares our client-first approach and enjoys building long-term partnerships that make a real difference.
Working with an established client base and supported by an experienced paraplanning and client support team, you'll provide holistic financial planning while helping us continue to grow our highly respected business.
No unrealistic sales targets. Just great financial planning for great clients.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Deliver holistic financial planning and ongoing advice.
- Work closely with our support team to provide an outstanding client experience.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of Magenta.
About you
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (at least) and a current CAS position.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Financial Planner.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Problem solving and innovative thinker.
- A collaborative, ethical and client-focused approach.
What we offer
- £45,000–£60,000 salary plus bonus. This is open to discussion depending on qualifications/experience and if you have a client bank.
- Hybrid working. Office in Bridgend, will be required to be at office as training / handover / client meetings / team requirements.
