Overview

Brownlow Furniture is a high-end bespoke furniture manufacturer, designing and producing premium cabinetry and interiors. We are seeking an experienced Draughtsperson to join our team, translating design concepts into accurate, manufacturing-ready technical drawings that support seamless production and installation.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed, accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD for bespoke furniture and cabinetry
Interpret design briefs and develop drawings suitable for manufacture and installation
Analyse design intent and resolve technical challenges to ensure build feasibility
Create production-ready documentation to support workshop and installation teams
Liaise closely with Design, Project Management, and Operations teams
Ensure all drawings are delivered on time and to a high level of detail and accuracy
Maintain drawing standards, consistency, and best practice across all projects
Contribute to continuous improvement in drawing processes and workflows

Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a draughting role within furniture, cabinetry, or interiors
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
Strong problem-solving capability
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Ability to manage workload and meet strict deadlines

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience within high-end bespoke furniture or luxury interiors

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
