*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
We are looking for a motivated HGV technician who can work alone without supervision.
Shift pattern negotiable. Examples 4 on 4 off, Tuesday - Saturday, Sunday - Thursday.
Job Role-
-Workshop based in Wrexham
-Attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have.
-Working on the vehicles to get them back on the road
-Diagnosing problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues and how rectify
Job Requirements:
-To be able to work quickly to minimise delays for customers
-To be able to work alone without supervision on site & roadside occasionally
-Maintain working relationships with colleagues and customers
-Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle Diagnostics.
Technician Requirements:
-UK Full driving license
-HGV technician qualification
-HGV C & C+E (desired)
-Good knowledge of health and safety requirements in vehicle maintenance
Hours:
Negotiable for the right person (Usually 8-6)
Overtime
Pay:
Negotiable £19-£22 - Overtime given if wanted and on call allowance with call out bonus.
