** IMMEDIATE START **
We have an opening for a shot blast/powdercoater in our busy workshops in Wrexham for immediate start. The position involves preparing parts ready for finishing and powder coating.
Responsibilities
- Blast cleaning components with various media in our blasting rooms
- Bead Blasting with glass bead
- Powdercoating the prepared components
- Daily maintenance of blasting and powdercoating equipment
- Assisting with degreasing, masking and rubbing down when necessary
- Ensuring all parts are wrapped securely ready for customer collection
- Follow and comply with company health & safety and environmental procedures
Experience and skills
- Attention to detail and have respect for customers parts
- Candidate must be reliable, enthusiastic and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Carry out work to the highest standard producing the best quality
Pay will start at National Minimum Wage (NMW may vary depending on age of the candidate) and be reviewed after the probationary period.
