Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and friendly team to provide the delivery of Procurement and Renewals.
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing equipment, monitoring and managing our inventory and forecasting the requirements of licencing renewals, as well as building excellent long-term relationships with partners and suppliers.
Working closely with sales and projects, delivering the best quality of services and equipment efficiently, and within agreed timescales and budgets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms.
- Manage renewal schedules for existing contracts, ensuring timely renewals and minimising operational disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs aligned with organisational objectives.
- Utilise ERP systems such as Halo PSA to track procurement activities, analyse data, and generate reports for management review.
- Perform regular stock counts, ensuring that stock is accurate according to records held.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to proactively address potential issues before they impact business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, legal standards, and industry regulations throughout procurement activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes to optimise cost-efficiency and service quality.

- Advanced Excel skills to produce analytical data.

- Self-motivated and focused.
- Previous experience of using Halo PSA would be preferred, although not essential.
- IT background or experience preferred as some knowledge of what we provide would be an advantage.
Pay: £27,750.00-£35,250.00 per year
