Summary

We are seeking a skilled Self employed floor layer to complete a project in the Bridgend area consisting of 13 x individual floors.

Responsibilities

Install Altro Cap & Cove flooring with precision and care.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete flooring projects.
Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Manage your own schedule effectively as a self-employed professional.
Qualifications
Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction work.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Self-motivated with good time management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction.
Preferred: experience working on projects for clients with mobility considerations.
