Vacancy Location: Llanishen, Cardiff

Shifts: Full time 37.5 hours per week 8am-4pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Sponsorship: This service does not provide support for visa sponsorship

Ty Heulog is a brand-new 32-bed nursing home opening in Cardiff in summer 2026, and we’re looking for an Administrator Lead to be the friendly, organised heart of the home.

You’ll lead the admin function, support the management team, and keep things running smoothly day to day — from rotas and systems to welcoming visitors and supporting staff. Full training is provided, but experience in admin or customer service would be a big plus.

About you:

Organised, calm and great with people
Confident using computer systems (rota or time & attendance systems ideal)
Happy juggling priorities with a can-do attitude
Friendly, patient and compassionate — especially when dealing with people we support , families and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the admin team, supporting managers and colleagues
Managing rotas and time & attendance systems
Handling basic finance tasks (cash / pre-loaded cards)
Being the welcoming face of the home
