Carbon Nexus Group Ltd is an exciting and rapidly growing business operating in the renewable energy and carbon credit sector. We work with commercial solar installers, businesses, local authorities, housing associations and strategic partners across the UK, helping organisations unlock additional revenue from verified carbon credits while supporting the transition to net zero.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, motivated and confident individual to join our team.

About the Role
This is a varied position where you will become an important part of our growing team. You will support business development, marketing and customer engagement while helping to drive the company forward.
No two days will be the same.
Your Responsibilities
· Speaking confidently with prospective and existing customers by telephone.
· Following up enquiries and generating new business opportunities.
· Managing customer relationships from initial contact through to onboarding.
· Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
· Booking appointments for the management team.
· Supporting LinkedIn, email and digital marketing campaigns.
· Researching commercial solar projects and potential customers.
· Producing quotations, presentations and customer information.
· Working alongside directors to develop new business opportunities.
· Representing Carbon Nexus Group Ltd professionally at meetings and events.
· Ensuring all customer records and administration are kept up to date.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confidence speaking with customers over the telephone.
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
· Experience using a CRM system (or the ability to learn quickly).
· Excellent organisational skills.
· A methodical approach with great attention to detail.
· The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
· A positive, enthusiastic attitude.
· A willingness to learn and develop.
· A professional and trustworthy manner.
· Good written English and email communication skills.
Desirable Experience
· Business development or sales.
· Marketing or social media.
· LinkedIn lead generation.

· Renewable energy, sustainability or construction.
