Job Summary
We are seeking a mature, dedicated Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests and residents.
Start time: 8.30/9am
Duration: 4Hour shifts
Days: Preferably Thursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday
DBS will be required
Over 18s
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties as required
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments in guest rooms
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards guests and colleagues
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
Pay: £12.71 per hour
