We are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised Social Media & Sales Administrator to help us continue to grow our brand presence, engage with customers, and support our sales team.
Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and creative Social Media & Sales Administrator to support our sales and marketing activities. This role combines social media management, content creation, customer engagement, and sales administration to help generate leads, strengthen our brand presence, and deliver excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for creating content and aiding in the marketing of our restaurants and spa facility.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, comfortable working across multiple platforms, and able to balance creative marketing tasks with administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and maintain a positive online presence.
- Create graphics, videos, and promotional content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Assist with developing and implementing social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Produce monthly performance reports and recommendations.
Sales Administration

Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, website, and social media channels.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases.
- Update sales documentation.
- Support the sales team with lead tracking and follow-up activities.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and customer communications.
Marketing Support

Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Update website content when required.
- Support the organisation of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Help develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Track marketing activity and maintain campaign records.
Skills & Experience
Essential

Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, marketing, or social media role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience managing social media business accounts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
