About the Role
Due to continued growth, Regal Resin Group Ltd is looking for an experienced groundworker/fencer/multi skilled operative to join the team, working on executive housing developments and high-end residential projects across SouthWales.
This is a varied role covering all aspects of groundwork, external works, fencing, landscaping and driveway construction.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of groundwork and external works, helping deliver projects to a high standard while maintaining a safe and professional working environment.
Main Duties
Foundations and footings
Drainage installation and repairs
Kerbing and edging
Concreting works
Block paving and hard landscaping
Excavation and site preparation
Installation of ducting and services
Resin and tarmac preparation works
Setting levels and working from drawings
General site groundwork duties
Composite fencing systems
Closeboard fencing
Feather edge fencing
Concrete posts and gravel boards
Gates and access installations
Retaining walls and small masonry works
General external works and site duties
Essential Requirements:
Previous groundwork and/or fencing experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CSCS Card (essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
Understanding of health and safety proceadures
Desirable but not essential
Experience operating mini diggers, dumpers or rollers experience
CPCS/NPORS plant tickets
Experience with resin/tarmac or paving works
Street works or utilities experiences
