We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our aquatic programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. The Swim Instructor will contribute to creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning atmosphere for all swimmers.
Duties
- Deliver swimming lessons tailored to the needs of diverse age groups and abilities.
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety procedures effectively.
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing pool rules and responding promptly to emergencies.
- Communicate clearly with participants, parents, and colleagues regarding lesson plans and progress.
