Join a Growing Global Engineering Business
EPC is a specialist thermal coatings business and part of the STS Group, a growing global organisation operating across five sites worldwide.
Our coatings play an important role in industries including aerospace, energy and medical, helping customers improve the performance and lifespan of critical components. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for Coating Technicians to join our Production team in Cardiff.
No previous thermal spray experience is required as we'll provide full training and support. We're looking for people who are curious, willing to learn and take pride in doing a job well.
What's it Like to Work at EPC?
We're a collaborative team that works hard, supports one another and is always looking for ways to improve. Everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and play a part in helping us deliver great results for our customers.

You will work 37.5 hours per week between 07:00 am and 15:00 pm with an early finish on Fridays of 12:30pm. We always aim to deliver the best possible service to our customers so flexibility is important.

You'll prepare, process and inspect components, monitor quality standards and work as part of the Production team to deliver products for our customers. The work we do supports customers across the aerospace, energy and medical sectors, where quality, precision and reliability are critical.
