Full job description

The successful applicants will join our electronic systems division providing maintenance, repair and installation services to an extensive and varied customer base. These appointments are field-based positions predominately working within Fife and along the M8 corridor but occasionally involving customers further afield.

Key responsibilities:

The position demands technical competence together with a high level of customer care in looking after the fire alarm and fire detection systems, electronic security systems including access control and CCTV of our existing customer base. Day-today duties will include but are not limited to;

· carrying out preventative maintenance checks

· fault finding and resolution in timely manner

· advising on systems technical capabilities or issues

· developing customer relationships through service excellence

Skills required:

· excellent communication skills and attention to detail

· ability to work as part of a team

· extensive exposure to electronic security detection systems

· technical accreditations/training would be advantageous
